Where We Are Now
Development in and around Martindale on the Monon is gaining momentum. A new charter school, The Project School, opened last fall in the Martindale on the Monon neighborhood. Later this year construction should begin on two major development projects in the neighborhood as well; the National Design Factory and the National Apartments.
